Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be processed for property bookings made through Kashi Bhumi Infra Pvt. Ltd.

1. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our office. Cancellations may be subject to processing fees as per the booking agreement.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30-45 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees, documentation charges, and administrative processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
